Thirty-seven years ago, Michele Asola joined the then ICAP Industria Chimica as a technician specializing in leather finishing. Over time, thanks to his expertise and dedication, he assumed commercial responsibility for customers in the Veneto region and our Arzignano branch.
Thanks to his solid technical-commercial background, Michele has built a cohesive and competent team, contributing decisively to the development of a significant part of ICAP Leather Chem’s business. He has successfully followed customers from the Veneto region and their branches abroad, up to markets as far away as Brazil, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Today, with the achievement of retirement, Michele passes the helm of the Arzignano branch to Iacopo Conforti.
Iacopo, strong with decades of experience in technical and commercial roles at multinational companies in the leather finishing sector, joined our reality in January 2025. In these months he has followed a comprehensive induction path, delving into customers, products and business processes.
We thank Michele for his important contribution to the success of our company and extend to him our warmest wishes for this new phase of life. To Iacopo, we welcome him and wish him a path full of satisfaction in his new position.
