D&#8217;une part, le serpent appartient au yin, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;obscurit\u00e9, \u00e0 l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la f\u00e9minit\u00e9. Les serpents venimeux sont souvent associ\u00e9s aux femmes mal\u00e9fiques qui s\u00e9duisent les hommes et sucent leur yang pour nourrir leur yin.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, les serpents ont \u00e9galement une symbolique positive. Par exemple, ils sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme de petits dragons (xiaolong \u5c0f\u9f8d), et la peau des serpents est appel\u00e9e le manteau du dragon (longyi \u9f8d\u8863), qui symbolise la chance, la renaissance et la royaut\u00e9. Le serpent symbolise \u00e9galement la poursuite de l&#8217;amour et du bonheur, un th\u00e8me magnifiquement illustr\u00e9 dans le conte traditionnel &#8220;La l\u00e9gende du serpent blanc&#8221;.
