de G\u00e9nero seg\u00fan UNI\/PdR 125:2022, financiada por la<strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea &#8211; NextGenerationEU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este reconocimiento da fe de nuestro compromiso concreto con la promoci\u00f3n de la igualdad de oportunidades, la equidad salarial, la mejora de las competencias y las pol\u00edticas inclusivas para apoyar el crecimiento profesional de todas las personas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certificaci\u00f3n es un hito importante, pero sobre todo un punto de partida: seguiremos invirtiendo en procesos, herramientas y cultura organizativa para garantizar un entorno de trabajo cada vez m\u00e1s justo, respetuoso y orientado al m\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creemos que la
